Enliven Designers (Pvt.) Ltd is a one-stop shop for all web solutions, such as web designing, web hosting, web development, content writing, SEO, Social media marketing & BPO Operations based in Sri Lanka.

We are currently seeking suitable individuals to join our team as Sever & Help Desk Engineers – Web Services & BPO

What you will be doing

  1. The day-to-day management of the Domains, Web & Email Services from end to end
  2. Resolving support tickets and issues raised by Enliven clients and staff by coordinating with the relevant resources
  3. Ensure all the client websites are live as per the support agreement with the client and sites are monitored for issues or downtime on a daily basis
  4. Ensure website backups are taken periodically and stored in multiple secure locations for emergencies
  5. Ensure that other support engineers within the support team have all the necessary accesses to attend to support requests and that all tickets are resolved on time
  6. Ensure that all domain, and hosting expiry are escalated to the management and renewals happen smoothly
  7. Ensure that all 2nd line and 3rd line support requirements are assigned to the respective freelance support engineers and that of the Domain / Hosting Company CS Agents
  8. Escalate all resource requirements, risks, threats & concerns to the tech lead and ensure resolution is received within the minimum possible time
  9. Ensure the right communication is maintained within the support team to ensure outages are minimized
  10. Run weekly meetings to ensure all IT & Server activities are functioning accordingly
  11. Send weekly management reports to update progress and escalate resource concerns or requirements

Required skills and expertise 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing web server hosting and domain account management for Word Press Websites.
  • Proven track record in managing CPanel and Linux-based server environments. Managing Cloudcone servers is an advantage.
  • Experience in installation & troubleshooting of hardware and software in Windows and Apple Mac platforms.
  • Experienced in application support through remote desktop/team viewer.
  • Ability to advise on server architecture to modify and evolve environments to suit business needs.
  • Can work flexible hours to compensate for and manage requirements of different time zones.
